We’ve really been looking forward to announcing this to you! At Jetvillas, we’ve really made the most of this recent period of confinement…

We’d been working on it for some time now, but we made particular use of the days of reduced property sales activity to focus on adapting ourselves to the new times to enable us to provide our clients with a better service.

We use the latest technologies in the property market, now we have wished to apply all of that to our website, too.

This new website is designed to provide you with an easier, better experience when it comes to buying or selling your villa in Costa Blanca. Because our clients deserve it!

• One of the most novel additions, which an increasing number of buyers will benefit from, is the possibility of reserving a property online or placing a binding offer. This is now possible in a single click with our new shopping cart system. We know that maximum transparency and absolute legal security is essential for those who wish to buy online. That’s why we provide legal support at all times. We’re the only real estate agency in Calpe and Moraira to include our Safe Purchase Guarantee, a personalised policy that protects the homes we sell from all legal problems for 20 years, all entirely free of charge to our buyers. During current times, due to the restrictions on movements and fear of infection, but also for the future, in post-Covid-19 times, use of powerful online tools has become essential for property purchases. Can you imagine the disappointment of finding your dream home and losing it because you couldn’t get there to view it in time? We’ve come up with this section to avoid that happening.
• To enable you to be in direct contact with us, our new website includes a chat system, via which we can attend you at any time of day or day of the week.
• We’re committed to transparency. As of now, we provide geolocation for the properties on an interactive map where you can see where your favourite houses are.
• We’ve added a new search engine to help you find what you’re looking for. Much simpler and more intuitive to use, it allows you to search by area, property type, characteristics or even architectural style.
• A data sheet for each of the properties. You can check all the information for each property together with a comprehensive description, plenty of good quality photos and the latest digital technology such as 3D videos, which we use to present new developments, and 360º virtual tours of our most outstanding second hand homes. Virtual tours offer prospective buyers a stunning experience. Both the videos and the tours enable them to visit the homes remotely, providing an almost real experience.
• You’ll find reviews from clients who have bought, sold or built with us and wished to share their opinions. You’re bound to be interested in reading about their experience to get an idea of what yours might be like.
