The dream of having a villa in Costa Blanca, come true

This is the story of a Swiss couple, Felicita and Patricio C, who fell in love with a house with Mediterranean views. Their testimonial is the greatest reward we can receive from our clients. Here is a literal transcription of the letter they sent us, originally written in Italian:

We’ve always liked Spain, for its diversity and its cuisine. Every year we managed to get away and spend our holidays on Spanish ground, but we’d never thought of buying a property in Spain.

In September 2016 we decided to spend a month in Spain, travelling the coast from Barcelona to Cádiz in search of an apartment or a house to rent for a year as a trial and we could even, if it turned out to be our ideal home, think about buying it.

We reached Valencia on a Sunday and, together with a friend who lives there, we visited Altea. On our way back, while passing Calpe-Moraira, we stopped to have a look at what the real estate agencies had to offer.

“That’s it,” we said to ourselves. It would be fantastic to find a house like this one!

The next day we contacted Jetvillas for an appointment. Their sales consultant Nicolas Strebel made us feel very comfortable. He asked about what we were looking for in a property. We explained that we would like a house with sea views and that we were particularly interested in viewing the house in the photo.

That was when we discovered that the house in question hadn’t even been built.

The photo was a computer-made image for a project to renovate an old house.

Then we agreed to view the property as well as 4 new build properties, 3 of which had already been finished while the fourth was still under construction.

What we liked most about Jetvillas was that they didn’t do a hard sell on the property, in fact they gave us time to think and encouraged us to continue our journey to Cádiz in search of our ideal home.

When we got to Cádiz, we contacted Jetvillas to arrange an appointment on our return to buy the house we’d seen in the photo.

That’s how our “adventure” began. WE WOULDN’T HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO IT WITHOUT JETVILLAS!

In fact, Jetvillas always took care of everything. They took care of the bureaucracy (Spanish paperwork and procedures) which we were unfamiliar with. The client doesn’t need to do anything, Jetvillas do it all.

In October we signed a reservation contract and on the 9th of December we became the owners of an old house in Moraira with sea views.

Jetvillas explained all the details of the architect’s project. We liked it straight away: the aesthetics, the functionality and the innovative energy saving solutions.

We personalised the project and we were able to follow the transformation process step by step, from the old building to the beautiful new house.

We left all the technical details to Jetvillas, who kept us constantly informed of the state of the work and always found the best solutions to our requests. For example, a container to collect rainwater to use to water the garden or the observatory for the telescope.

They advised us on the materials (tiles, sanitary fittings, kitchen…), the colours, even the interior design.

On the 20th of March, 2019, they handed us the keys to our new house in Spain, along with all the detailed paperwork, champagne and a celebratory dinner!

Over the years, as well as appreciating Jetvilla’s reliability and professionalism, we have enjoyed a friendly, trusting relationship with them.

Jetvillas have also proved their reliability in the post-sales stage. We can always rely on them for any maintenance or issues.

They also take care of contracting all the services and utilities: gardening, pool. surveillance, water, electricity, mail…

We’re very happy with our choice. Now we have to get used to the fact that there’s a lovely house in Spain waiting for us whenever we want some holidays to enjoy the sunshine and Spanish food.
