  • All the properties we sell are unencumbered, transactions are carried out before a Notary and they have all their legal paperwork in order.

If you want to view the property from the comfort of your own home before you make the reservation, we have the answer: We offer you our “Live Online Tours”. 

We travel to the property you wish to view and once there, we link up with you by video-call via your mobile phone or computer to enable us to show you all the details.

Step 1: Reserve the property by filling in the form above.

Step 2: We’ll contact you and once we’ve confirmed that your offer has been accepted, you’ll have to sign it and pay 5,000 € by transfer to Jetvillas. At this point the property will be completely reserved for you.

Step 3: In the following 2-3 weeks our legal department will review all the paperwork and draw up the transaction contract, in your own language whenever possible. Once this contact has been signed with the vendor, you will have to proceed with a transfer of 10% of the total sales price of the property.

Step 4: Over the following 1-3 months (this period will be agreed by yourself and the vendor) the date will be programmed to sign the transaction contract before a Notary and pay the remaining balance, along with the extra costs: 10% transfer taxes and about 3,500€ in Notary fees, property registry and administrative costs. If you’re unable to attend the appointment in person you will be able to authorise our legal department or any lawyer of your choice to sign on your behalf with a power of attorney.

Step 5: After-sale service: We will take care of all the name changes for utilities, taxes, etc. and arrange direct debit payments to the account of your choice. You will also be able to benefit from our special offers on multi-risk home insurance, gardening and property management services… If you wish to carry out renovations, we also have a department of professionals who can advise you.
